Great location for Travel Nurses, working consultants, and great for longer stays. This space comes with one Queen Bed Gel Memory Mattress, 2 Firm, 2 Soft pillows, a couch, & an accent chair. It has almost everything you will need for your stay! Located 7 minutes from downtown Detriot, you will be spoilt for choices of where to eat or shop. This building is recently renovated and, comes equipped with Washer & Dryer, Stainless steel appliances, a walk-in closet, free fast optic fiber Wifi, and unlimited HBO Max! Everything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don't break it)! Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. The park is well maintained by the city. Easy to find and enter unit. Easy for Lyft drivers to find as well. The reasons for selecting 4 stars instead of 5 are little quality things that make a unit an excellent one to rent. The tv remote didn't work because of dead batteries. We were advised by the mgmt company to download the roku tv remote app. We did get it to work but the app kept asking for $ and credit card, we bought batteries and left knowing the remote will work for the next visitors. the unit is for 4, but there was a table and matching chairs for 3, the table top was wrapped in saren wrap, no physical book with info about check out, where to put trash, etc. all info is only available on one persons phone the other persons do not have the codes and it was inconvenientfor all, the living room furniture is not very comfortable nor practical and only 3 persons could sit. One person would be sitting at a table chair to be included. The check out e-instructions said to put a laundry pod into the washer but none were found, no explanation of where to take trash. Finally, the only spices are salt and pepper. Bring your own if you plan to cook. The location was handy to uber downtown to a game, show, or a good time. Before renting take a look at all fees. I missed one such fee called the owner's fee and it was almost the same as the per night cost.
