The online check-in did not work. When we arrived and wen to our room, it was a total mess. Sweeper in the filthy bathroom. Unmade bed. Thirty-five cents on the desk. It looked like someone lived there and was evicted. When they put us in a new room, we could hear everyone else in different rooms. Opening dressers and closing doors. And one person had their tv on so loud it was horrid. Finally, the breakfast area was a joke. Could not even walk around b/c of the small space. Felt like we were in a closet.

I loved that the property offers rooms set up like 1 and 2 bedroom apartments! However, avoid being placed next to the stairs or in any building other than the main building the check in center is located in due to noise and people hanging out smoking outside your window at all hours.

Property is being renovated. Stayed in an area already completed, it was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue is they need to replace thier washers and dryers in the laundry rooms, some were not working.

The breakfast was good and I love having coffee available all day. The gym is was nice and the complimentary earbuds were a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Professional friendly staff. Great variety breakfast buffet - the hot food was hot, and the cold food was cold. Very clean. The property needs a little TLC, however, it looks like they are in the midst of taking care of this. I would stay here again.

STAY AWAY..PLEASE.
Wow! Dissappointing. My son bailed to another hotel...because both rooms they showed smelled heavily of smoke. Ours did not..we stayed. Mistake. The place is tired and well-worn. Cleanliness was borderline. Did not feel clean. Beds are Queens? Dont think so. Expressway is very noisy. AC is really noisy. Fan in bathroom sounds like a chainsaw with a busted chain. Will never ever stay here again...people working here seem incompentent at best. Its a shame, the exterior looks decievingly nice. Also..they were always out of coffee. Its a mis-managed mess. I dont usually leave bad reviews. But this is a warning.

This is NOT a place that anyone with children would want to stay. The entire property reeks of Marijuana. Even the inside hallways of the "Smoke Free" hotel carry the tstrong stench of it. In the evenings, You could smell it coming under the door to my room. There was very limited parking, and if you were not parked by about 5:30, you would have to park behind buildings, where there was no access to the rooms. I booked this place because it was pet friendly, but did not feel safe walking my dog after dark. People were gathered in the smoking area and in cars smoking Marijuana at all hours of the night.
