As with most hotels, the hot tub was removed during the pandemic, and unfortunately, the hotel has requested multiple times for all sites to remove the photos, but as they are public property, the hotel has no control over these. The hotel currently services guest rooms after the 2nd evening, and then every other day there after. The additional 20 per room per evening incidental hold is always released by the hotel at checkout as long as nothing was charged from the market or bar. The additional hold takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to fall back onto your card depending on your banking institution.
