Did not like that hotel charge my card for stay when i already paid though expedia 329...toilet was very low to floor only 1 shower door open...hair was left in bed no hand soap in dispenser...the view from my window was of th air conditioning system...only ice machine was on 14th floor my room was on 5th floor

They accepted my reservation, took my money, i get to the hotel and they turned me away saying there was no rooms available, i slept as a female in my car alone in detroit, and still have not recieved any money back. This site is just a scam that robs you

Unfortunately, the hotel cannot process your refund although we can request it and work with Expedia to have the refund issued. Not having your room available is not acceptable and we are working with our team to ensure this is an isolated incident. This is not typical of our services and truly was an exception. Our room had a broken toilet that was not screwed to the ground correctly so every time you sat on it, it would move/shake and vice versa. we did not have a iron and when we called for one, they brought us one that doesn’t work.
It wasn’t worth it but whatever we stayed for one night.

Staff was great upon arrival. Watched our car and didn't charge us for parking while we went upstairs for almost an hour. Everything was clean and the space was great. Will be staying here again!

The concierge was a very pleasant man and answered all the questions I asked about the area and public transportation. The valet parking service was an excellent and very appreciated service after a long drive on terrible roads. The attached restaurant had wonderful and friendly staff with excellent food. Would recommend!

Room was filthy. Pull out couch mattress was disgusting, 1” of dirt on floor along entire walls, rest of floor was filthy-white socks within 3steps were black. Bathroom offered zero privacy. Restaurant staff could not be bothered to greet anyone let alone make a drink-waited 15minutes, then they walked out of the restaurant to talk to other staff and did not return for another 25mins. Valet(which is technically not the hotel’s employees seemed very shady and kept leaving our new suv outside even though we specifically paid for secure garage parking…would never stay at this place again

The parking was assigned to a company that you never can called to issue any wrong deduction!
The customer service was not cooperative as we asked for an extra blankets, they apologized to serve us with any!
The bathroom situation is not fine as there wasn’t a firm door, it was a slide one!!
The only thing that was good, they canceled our extra booked days easily!
