It was a very nice room. I just wish it was a little bigger and the refrigerator stopped working, but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was super friendly. We had made a request for a room on the 1st floor due to having someone in our party with a medical condition. We couldnt have asked for a better room! Very close to doors and coffee center. Continental breakfast was great! As was the restaurant inside the motel. Very close to the attraction we went for!

The property is older but well maintained. Our initial room was next to an elevator and very noisy whenever the elevator went up or down. We asked to be moved to a different room and were given a different room.

Works perfectly if you are on a business trip, coming in town to see clients. Close to the airport, right on the other side of the interstate from a big shopping strip. Food and other items are super accessible. The building is a little older but everything was clean and organized.

This hotel was wonderful - a hot tub or spa, sauna and large swimming pool. Great stay at the desk, the cleaners/ maintenance and the servers in the restaurant and breakfast area. Our room looked over the on ramp to the I94. might be more highway noise if the room was on the full highway I94 side. Breakfast was great, lot's of hot and cold selections.

First time trying this hotel, never again. The room we paid for was not what we got, certainly a downgrade. Feces all down the side of the toilet, urine on the front, with hair stuck to it. Clearly not cleaned. Popcorn everywhere on the floor, we never ate popcorn. Deadbolt did not work on the door. First room had no AC, it was 78 in the room and after 6 hours, the AC never turned on. Was told “these rooms on this side do not have AC”. Was told there was nothing they could do to help because we booked through Expedia, so we had to consult them, which this is my review, so they now know. Very noisy in the halls at all hours of the night. Definitely not a safe environment. Extremely disappointed and hope this helps someone. And the “free breakfast” was interesting.

What a great operation. The rooms, pool, hallways and restaurant are much better than expected. The attention they pay to everything is obvious. I highly recommend this location.

It was great. Pool was great and the hot tub and sauna were actuslly hot. Breakfast wasnt too bad either. Very clean and loved the history in the building too. Would highly recommend

Very loud at night. People talking and yelling in the hall way and outside in the parking lot . We were right on the first floor on the parking lot . The breakfast was good. But on the last day there was a little boy coughing all over the food and they didn’t sanitize anything . The toilet takes forever to flush.

The outer areas are visually unappealing. The hotel was well kept. The air conditioning didn't work In the room but staff provided a fan. Overall the hotel was a unique stay. Large room with hardwood floors. Near downtown which is a plus. I would stay here again. The cost was fair and it's near downtown.

The staff was very welcoming and informative. The room was clean. We got to park close to our room so it made for easy transport of luggage. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet in the morning was amazing! And their coffee was delicious. The hallway to our room smelled strange but once in the room we could not smell it.

Very nice older remodeled hotel. Ornate doors, tiled rooms, updated bathroom and very quiet. The only thing keeping it from being an excellent stay was the heat. March weather is uncertain, it was warmer than expected and the boiler was still turned on. Staff did provide a fan which helped cool the room as it was still in the 40s outside.

I didn’t like to wear bands because I wanted to use the pool. They were very strict about the pool hours. They didn’t put our rooms by each other even though I booked both ooms

The lovely lady that checked us in was prompt and friendly. This is an older hotel that could use a revamp however the staff in the hotel are friendly so it’s a much nicer vibe than a new hotel with jerks at the front desk!

1st night we had kids screaming and yelling up and down the halways from 245 am to 4am. Rooms by us smelt like weed , people were either waping or smoking all day long. At one poijt people were screaming in the room next to us. I spoke with front desk they didnt care. On the 2nd night our kids got kicked out of the hot tub area beacsue of a rude maintance man. Who said he got a complaint. That the kids could now no longer be in the hot tub. But on the 1st night we were told it was ok to be in the hot tub just not the sauna. So thats what our kids did. Again the front desk did not care when i tried to talk with them about it. I would not stay there with children again.

Never made it past the front desk. There’s a sign saying they don’t accept chime, but chime was accepted for the room payment, just not the incidental credit card. This should be noted before booking.
