Bad time of year?

"Seems I was the only one there and I didn't really know how to reach my hosts as my phone had been stolen before I arrived. My issue was no wifi connectivity which was obviously critical for me. Breakfast was very mediocre."

"The hotel rooms are not suitable for 4 stars hotel. They are very basic. The wireless internet is very bad not allowing to work or watch online TV (as Netflix).
