Upon arrival, we were told that our room had been upgraded. I am not sure if that meant it had a fridge. The room itself was ok. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff were all very nice. Concierge was also helpful. The down side - I could not make a local phone call, I was told the system crashed and they didn't have a record of my credit card details. I was then told I could bring my details down later (as I was already ready for bed) but was still unable to use the phone (after speaking to numerous people who couldn't explain why). I met a note requesting I come to the FD to give my details.(Which I gave when I checked in) It was very frustrating. The queue for the elevator stretched into the lobby - it took quite a while to get to our room especially at the weekend, . The room key did not work on an occasion, security was sent up to let us in. The ceiling in our room leaked and we could hear the dripping all night - photos sent to manager, I haven't had an acknowledgement. We placed a towel to catch the water, because we didn't want the hassle of moving. (it rained 2 days before we were ready to leave) Room service was only able to provide part of what we wanted because the rest of the food came from somewhere else and they weren't serving yet.

We stay at the Sheraton every time we had up to Boston for a Red Sox Game. The Sheraton is a great location for walking to the game. It adjacent to the Prudential Center and Copley Square and we typically get to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall as well. There is some construction going on across the street. My husband likes to be high up but didn't want to have the view obstructed. Claudia was able to put us in the North Tower, 22nd Floor overlooking the river. No obstructed view there. Its a little pricey for a one-night stay but we've been doing it for years and its worth the convenience for the walk as well as getting on and off the highway.

We stayed for 6 nights to enjoy the City and then move our daughter in to Emerson college. The location was incredible. Near the Arlington T stop, walking distance to the Boston Common and Emerson college. Our room was wonderful and the staff in all areas of the hotel were friendly and helpful. Because of the high parking costs, we chose not to keep a car and walked and used the T. The one day we needed a car, we rented at Hertz right behind the hotel for the day. I will definitely be staying here again.

It is what the price says it is. Low budget for a decent room As I walked in room it stunk from air conditioner....kind of a bummer but opened slider.......No toiletries at all so I had to chase them down.....left cell phone charger in room. Went back 2 hours after checking out and cleaning lady said she never saw it! I went to room and it was gone......there was toiletries though.
The front desk girls were nice and willing to help except they had someone on hold for a long time.
Bathroom needs updating but it's a budget motel. One thing real nice is a sink in bath and 1 in changing area.TV was flat screen and worked great. Some Cape motels still have old tvs.
