    "Excellent for travelers"
The hotel is very modern, comfortable and nicely designed. Absolutely the best thing is that is literally half a block from Paddington station, from which you can get direct to and from Heathrow, not to mention to the Circle and District LInes. It is also right next to some fine eateries - just across the street from a wonderful Middle Eastern place, Ya Hala. Also some good pubs.

    "Great hotel!"
This is a great hotel, located conveniently in central London providing easy walking to many destinations. Even though it is near Trafalgar Square, it is tucked down a fairly quiet street so noises from traffic and late-night pub patrons is not an issue. The staff is wonderfully accommodating, and were all a pleasure to interact with. Our room had a mini-fridge inside, which was perfect for storing some late night treats or takeaway food from any of the nearby restaurants. I usually travel solo to London on business, but this time I brought my family and it was perfect to have adjoining rooms that we could open and use as a suite.

    "Nice hotel in good location"
Facility was nice, room was clean, breakfast was excellent. Beds were not very comfortable, but staff did what they could to help. TV was ancient, not working well. Bathroom was large and nice. This was the first hotel I've experienced in ages that still charges for internet.

    "Safe Hands"
Typical Hilton professionalism which show cases their years of experience and understanding what the traveler wants. You get the impression that if something did go wrong, the staff would be aghast and it would be because of a mistake rather than a systemic problem.

    "Nice hotel "
Far enough away from the sea front to be quiet location but not too far to walk back and forth. We stayed two nights as we were going to see show at Bournemouth International Centre. Shame the weather wasn't better as there was an excellent outdoor pool area with sun beds - was just too windy and cold to strip off!

"Decent hotel close to the beach 15 minute to town "
I was very apprehensive when I read the reviews so much so I considered cancelling my reservation . It is what it is it's not high end but for a nights stay it was more than adequate. The hotel is old Skool and pretty warm as other people have commented . Check out is at 10:00am which was disappointing as you have to pay an extra £10 to leave at 12.That said it was cheap enough. My room was a decent size and clean .The bed was not great at all but thanks to my late night festivities I managed to get a decent sleep . The staff were friendly and helpful if not a little faulty towersesque. Overall I was pleasantly surprised don't expect too much and you will be happy enough the basics are there if it's a cheap deal it's worth a book if not shop around .

    "Not the best experience "
The hotel is in a really good location, the valet parking made really easy, the only tea issue, was the room we were given, there was paint missing from the walls and the room was tiny, it wasn't acceptable based on the rate charged, there was soap in the dispenser. It was extremely noisy, both my wife and I weren't able to sleep for both of our nights sleep. Not sure if didn't see it on the webpage, but the fact we we to pay extra to the leisure facilities was a tea let down, especially for my wife who was looking forward to them.
