I will only say a few things let it down - no shampoo in the bathroom (only one shower gel), the rain shower was so weak, and the towels maybe we brand new as they left white bits all over our skin and just slid over us rather than actually drying us if that makes sense. So the actually bathroom experience was really bad, and a few simples fixes could make this hotel a 10/10." A lovely clean hotel with great staff. When you walk in reception not only are you greeted with a smile and a welcome, but you also get a great smell, I don’t know how they do it, but it smells devine permanently. Our room was kept clean and the balcony has comfortable chairs. A bit weird, is the provision of a kettle and a fridge but no cups and provisions. The bar happily provides cups and spoons etc and so we went to the local supermarket for teabags and milk.
