Magnolia House 106 offers a comfortable and relaxing retreat with all the necessary amenities to ensure a memorable stay. The bedroom is furnished with a cozy king-size bed, soft linens, and ample closet space. The bathroom is well-appointed, with modern fixtures, plush towels, and complimentary toiletries.
Magnolia House 106, located inside the gated community of Destin Pointe, features three resort-style pools, perfect for lounging in the sun and taking a refreshing evening dip after a day at the beach. Additionally, two adult bikes are available for guests to explore the surrounding area, and two beach access points provide easy and convenient access to the white sand beaches of Destin.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I loved out Destin point stay. We stayed at the magnolia House. Everything was clean and in order. There could have been a few spices like salt and pepper perhaps and coffee filters perhaps. These are very small items that would have made her stay better. Also we needed a little direction to our beach area. There were no signs. So we had to ask people. After getting lost a couple times. But overall it was quite an experience and we will go back.
