Who's ready for some Good Vibes, tan lines, and a vacation for the record books? Here at Breathe Easy Rentals' we're excited to offer a new home to the vacation rental marketplace! This luxury bohemian-styled house is the best place along the Emerald Coast for you and your family to enjoy the beach, all while having the comforts of your own private space.

Everyone will have plenty of room to relax with 4 bedrooms (all located on the 2nd floor) plus a bonus room inside. The beds are oh so comfy, and a couple of the rooms even include desks where you can get some work/school work done if you need (and yes, the wifi is super speedy here!) The Owners just purchased a new sleeper sofa which resides in the upstairs, open landing. You'll find 2 shared bathrooms upstairs and the one in the Master suite that's pretty epic. One of the top raves on the house is the spacious floorplan!

Downstairs you'll find the main living space, a wet bar, and the gigantic kitchen that's perfect for entertaining. Stocked with all the necessities, you'll enjoy dining indoors at home. Afterwards, play a fun game of ping pong, or break out the poker table for a card game. The new sectional is oh-so-dreamy; sink into the deep couch, turn on the TV, and you'll enjoy comfort and peace instantly. Plus, a fantastic walk-in shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach!

And don't forget the amazing private pool out back - this is the one of the best places we love to hang out and enjoy some vacay vibes. There's a propane grill available for your use, full size washer and dryer, and even a garage! These owners have seriously thought of it all, and we can't wait for you to join us where we love to share Good Vibes!
New upgrades include an interior and exterior stereo system, allowing you to effortlessly play your favorite tunes throughout the downstairs and by the pool. You can even choose which area (downstairs or poolside) to play music in, while the other zones can enjoy something else!

We enjoyed the heated pool and mini ping pong table. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly, and the noise ordinances are enforced to keep it that way, which we appreciated. We have been renting a vacation house in the Destin area every year for at least ten years now and we all agreed this was one of the best! We would recommend it and would rent it again.

We had a great time staying at your Vrbo vacation rental. Everything was in great working order except a few minor things & great communication with manager if we needed anything. We ran out of propane after using grill once but it was filled the next morning. Walk to beach was not bad but not easy carrying chairs as we needed more than 2 provided at the beach. I think it would have been nice if you provided beach towels since carrying them in luggage was not convenient. Bikes were fun to ride but did have to air up tires at local gas station. Overall, we had a great family vacation.

Would have never passed fire codes for egress. The bikes made available for the house were not locked and were being used by the neighbors upon arrival. Toys and chairs left in garage for use was a nice touch! Close to the small beach area available for the units.

So over all the house was just OKAY! Looks like the floors were Never cleaned!! After walking on the floors our feet were so dirty! And we couldn’t use the pool the water was freezing! When asked to warm it up since it says it has a heated pool we were told it’s and extra charge which they should list that! Which that was the main reason we rented a house with a pool so we could use it, but nope we couldn’t!

Lovely home! We waited a bit later than usual to book our beach vacation and have several "requirements" when it comes to the house - close proximity to the beach, a private pool, 5 bedrooms for our group of 7 adults and 2 kids! We were so happy to have found this house somewhat last minute! The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all although we did pay to park at the front of the neighborhood a few times ($5 for 5hrs - not bad!) We loved that it came with one complimentary umbrella/two chairs down on the beach. There are several restaurants nearby that we enjoyed but also enjoyed staying in and cooking at the house. The communication with the host/property management was excellent! They checked in to ensure all was well with the property and sent little reminders about putting the trash out and things of that nature! Overall a really lovely time at the beach for a group of 9!

We were super excited to have a house that everybody could stay in. The house is in need of renovation or updating. While we were close to the beach and had a private entrance, the Was not worth the money we paid for four nights. The tubs/showers were hard to get in and out of as they were built up off the ground and weren’t the cleanest. The pool looks dirty visually however it’s just in need of some TLC. The caulking around the sides make it look like it is molding. Or it’s possibly that it’s just molding. We had a wasp nest outside our window that made me constantly fear that one was going to get inside. we also had a few roaches throughout the house. Not the small ones, but the massive ones. The house says that it has chairs to use at the beach however most of them are rested and not well taken care of and one of them broke while we sat in it at the beach. Luckily, I have my tetanus shot. It’s unfortunate that we spent the amount of money we did and were locked into what we had or we would’ve gone elsewhere. Check-in process was great and the management company were very attentive. But will look elsewhere next time.

We were a group of 10. 4 adults and 6 kids ranging from 5-13 and we had a ton of space. The home had nearly everything you could need and the location was great. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need and the starter kits in all the bathrooms were a great touch. Our kids also loved playing the Play Station and ping pong that came with the house. It was peak Spring Break season and we did have some rowdy neighbors. The homes are fairly close together so that was a tad obnoxious but no fault of the owners. Just something to aware of. We did have a slight issue with the air conditioning not working all that well and they sent someone out immediately to fix it. I will say that the #1 reason we chose this place was for the heated pool (which we did pay for) and it was freezing the entire time. That and the lack of hand towels between the kitchen and 4 bathrooms were our only issues. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend Good Vibes to anyone who asks!
