SBT 1206W offers an ideal 12th floor location... With 3 king bedroom suites and a 2-queen bedroom suite our condo sleeps up to 10 guests in the privacy of bedrooms! Three full bathrooms. Our corner unit condo has floor to ceiling windows on three sides! Here's a summary by room of our condo's features... Living room... a comfortable slipcovered sectional sofa provides plenty seating, large 75" wall mounted 4K Roku television with free high speed WIFI lets you to sign in to your own premium channel accounts (HBO, Showtime, Netflix, etc) and watch them while you're at the beach! Just don't forget to log-out of accounts when you check-out. Dining Room... The large round dining table provides seating dining for 6-7 guests. A counter height sofa bar table in the dining room provides dining space for another 3 guests. Kitchen... Custom white shaker wood cabinets, white ice granite counters, white appliances. Thoughtfully stocked with upgraded pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils. Custom ceiling lighting in kitchen and hallways on dimmers lets you adjust for mood lighting. Gulf side balcony... Brand new for 2024... a large capacity front load clothes washer & dryer set in a private laundry room. Interior flooring... wall to wall LVP wood plank floors in every room, closet and hallways. Not a stitch of wall to wall carpeting in the condo. Daily Beach Service... Silver Beach Towers offers beach service setups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31\. The first setup is discounted at $30 per day, additional set-ups are $65 each setup per day. Beach service reservations are nonrefundable once made but can be reserved online after March 1st once you email us your request for your beach service registration code. The above setup prices are determined by the SBT HOA and are subject to change at any time. Free Parking... A total of four complimentary parking permits are available upon request. Every stay includes one assigned parking space in the gated garage and unassigned parking for up to three additional cars. Unassigned parking is on a first come, first serve basis. Miscellaneous... 2,080 of interior air-conditioned space, plus a large gulf side balcony and a second city side balcony. We are on the end of the building with amazing views from three sides. Custom lighting with dimmer switches for adjusting mood lighting in hallways and kitchens. All sliding doors feature custom room darkening heavy drapery. In each bedroom you'll find plenty of wall hooks for hanging towels hats and jackets as well as a full-length dressing mirror. Resort Amenities... Silver beach towers resort has two large swimming pools, two hot tubs, outdoor beach showers, a tennis court and complimentary gas BBQ grills. Building features include key fob access to the building's exterior locking doors. Interior hallways to all condos are carpeted and air conditioned. Two elevators service only three condos per floor. Please note that Silver Beach Towers does NOT have a fitness center and that travelers who need one should either consider a different resort property or purchase a temporary guest membership at a nearby third-party fitness center. \* SBT exterior building painting - As part of routine maintenance, the exterior of the buildings and garages at Silver Beach Towers are being repainted in 2025\. The kitchen had any utensil/appliance you could need. The dishwasher, dryer could use an upgrade. The w/d was noisy and didn’t clean very well as well as the dishwasher. The towels felt like exfoliating towels … which I guess could be a good thing. There were only a few towels in the condo which meant you were washing almost daily. The back bedrooms are hot when trying to sleep at night. They did have box fans in there but really just circulated the hot air. And lastly, the room charge was reasonable but by the time all fees were added it almost doubled. So after adding all the fees, which one was for cleaning, you were expected to clean the place before you left. Overall it was a great condo, elevators were fast, we had underground parking which was very convenient, very quiet in the hallway. The double umbrellas and chairs were a bonus! Our two families of 10 had an AMAZING stay at SBT1206W! Mike made the entire process so easy with plenty of details and step by step instructions from the moment I booked until the moment we checked out. The condo was absolutely STUNNING and extremely clean!! Plenty of space for our group of 10 including closet and drawer space to unpack for the week. Coming and going to and from the condo was quick and easy and did not have to wait longer than 1 minute for the elevator which is not always the case at other condo locations we have stayed at in the past. There is a liquor store right across the street from the condo which was super convenient, along with go-karts, putt-putt, kid rides that were an easy walk to one evening and SUPER fun! The pools were a lot bigger than I had anticipated and never felt overly crowded especially for it being prime spring break week. I highly suggest to register for your beach chair locations the moment Mike sends the info to do so. We were lucky to have front row seats every day due to registering right away; which was a HUGE plus to be able to watch our 6 kids going in and out of the water. The condo was clean and the floorplan was particularly good for us, as the master is separate from the other three bedrooms. - The grounds at this complex are immaculate, well-maintained and beautiful. -Although we were there at one of the busiest weeks in June, we rarely ran into other folks in the elevator. And I can’t remember a single time we waited more than 60 seconds for an elevator. That speaks to the organized way the building is set up. Condos that end in 04-06 have two elevators just for them. -I need to take a few words to indicate how pleasant it was to communicate with the owner, Mike. It was easy to text or call him. I had made a boo-boo at the beginning of my reservation, and rather than wait for an email, he called right away. As we were out of the country at the time it saved us a lot of stress. -The manner in which the beach chair reservations are handled makes it so much easier than in years past (other places we’ve rented). There is NO getting down there at 7 AM to be sure that you get your chairs. The condo came with two sets, and we added an additional one, which was all arranged before we arrived. -The master bed was very comfortable, and our other family reported the same about the other beds. -We cooked every evening, and found the kitchen well-supplied. -Also, because Destin is extremely busy, as you probably know, this complex comes out at a stoplight. So if you need to turn left, no problem! My husband and I walked early in the mornings so if you’re walkers, go across the road and walk toward the airport…quieter than the main road. -The extensive view is beautiful from the condo, and you can see both pools from the balcony as well. -This is an easy 5-star rating to share! ##### Rita M. Wonderful week in Destin. Accommodations we great. Location is convenient to anything you want to do! Beach chair set up were a nice plus. Beds are comfortable. Only suggestion would be to move the queen beds to the middle bedroom. Since our grandkids were in there, they would prefer the tub and not the shower in the current queen bed room! Communicated great and was very detailed. We never once were left wondering about the process. The place is very nice and spacious and everyone had their own room. The views are gorgeous and the beach setup is very convenient (reserve your chairs early in order to ensure 1st row setup). Parking was easy and getting in and out was a breeze.
