It also feels like a very safe area. We highly recommend booking directly with Warren Beach rentals they communicate with you well and are very trustworthy. The amenities in the unit are great and there is a publix, restaurants and many other stores close by. Stove top was dirty. Light bulbs were not all working. VERY limited supply of necessities- one trash bag for week, a few tablespoons of dish soap, one roll of cheap paper towels, no dish cloth in kitchen and no cleaning supplies. You are expected to buy what you need because there is not enough for the week. Thermostat is on a schedule that you can't change. Expect to get hot while sleeping. Bath towels are average quality. No beach towels provided. Summary: Lovely condo, BUT there is a feeling that comfort of guests is low priority despite being charged a premium price.
