Service is wonderful. Felt very pampered. The car and luggage were all handled quickly. The lovely treats left for us were a very nice touch. And they allowed us to delay checkout. Bar Artefact special as always and tried Coteau for first time - exceptional! Recommend the wine pairing. So fun!

The staff members were very friendly. We stayed in room 317\. Overall it was great room, other than the black mold all over the shower area and the ceiling. Keep in consideration that the walls are very thin. It was in an excellent location close to the port, restaurants and stores at the base of Old Quebec City. The bar tender was lovely at their bar, and bonus, acknowledged my birthday. We also opted to utilize a parking garage a 5 minute walk away from the property vs the hotel parking. It also felt very safe.
