"Reasonably priced, basic room. It was clean, the bed was comfortable with nice bedding. Less than 5 min from the Amphitheatre. The gentleman who checked us in was nice, But, the woman I dealt with the next day was abrupt and wouldn't n't give us any extra towels said we had to wait till the next morning to get some. Other than that it was an overall good experience."
"Super location, easy to walk to all the action in the Old Mill district. Loved that it is dog friendly and their fee for my dog was only $10! Great spot! "

"We had a great time staying at this Kinglet home. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had everything you need, great BBQ, easy communication with the owners, well located as well. Easy check in and check out.The only minor issue was that the vinyl floors left everyone with dirty feet -- an easy fix for the owners to clean for future guests. Of the 6 bikes, a couple of them had tire issues that the owner volunteered to cover rentals while they get them fixed. We did not take advantage of that -- but it was so nice of them to offer.Overall, we had a great time staying here and recommend it for any family or group time to share."
River & Ridge Retreat at Seventh Mountain Resort 1-bed/2-bath Condo
10/10 Excellent
"My family and I stay at Seventh Mountain regularly (6 times per year) and always have a lovely experience. This trip was for a little mom friend getaway and our experience was no different than any of the others. The unit was great, with plenty of fresh towels, and the beds were fresh! My only real complaint was that the floors were a bit dirty. There was also no soap to wash hands after using the restroom, or dish soap to wash the dishes. I was a bit surprised to see that we had to purchase our own, as this unit is a bit pricey to not have those simple things be complimentary. This was the first unit at Seventh Mountain I’ve ever stayed in where they weren’t. The host was great and the unit was easy to book. Also, the hosts WiFi did not work in the unit and we had to use the resort WiFi which tends to be slow and laggy."

"Our stay at this vacation home was excellent, and I would highly recommend it without hesitation. We hosted a large family gathering, and despite the number of people, the house never felt crowded, offering ample space for everyone. The home was fully equipped with all the amenities we could need, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. Even when some family members decided to play pool at midnight, we couldn't hear any noise from the front room downstairs. As a traveler who requires ADA accessibility, it's often challenging to find truly accessible and comfortable vacation rentals. The roll-in shower in my bathroom was a tremendous feature and greatly appreciated. After my stay, I suggested two small improvements: a horizontal bar next to the toilet and a slightly lower bed for easier transfers. To my surprise and delight, the owners were incredibly responsive and promptly made both changes. It's wonderful to have discovered such a gem of a property that genuinely accommodates all ages and abilities."

"it would have been nice to have coffee filters available since there is a coffee pot. Also instructions of how to get into the pool would have been helpful to know on arrival rather than when we were trying to get in to the pool area. "
