Overall the stay was quiet and pleasurable. The hotel was in a state of renovation/refreshing the rooms. The rooms could have been far cleaner just needed a vacuuming and sanitation. Overall I would stay again to see if improvements were made.

The place was dirty. Half of the building was being remodeled and nobody could be bothered to run a vacuum. The bed frame was broken so your feet were higher than your head if you laid down. The breakfast was very disappointing. Any school lunchroom would look like master chef compared to the scrambled egg pucks and microwaved sausage patties. The toaster didn’t work and the juice machine only spit out water. No coffee. The staff at the check in desk didn’t seem like they had ever been on the premises before. I asked for more towels because there were none at the pool. He acted like he had no idea where they kept them. While he went searching I watched him on the security camera screen mounted on the wall. Where I also watched the police escort a woman through the hallway on the way to their waiting cruiser out front. The full mariachi band complete with tuba practicing across the hall at 10:30 at night was a nice touch.

There is a Mexican bar and restaurant attached to the hotel and you can clearly hear them playing bery loud music until midnight.

Terrible noise all 3 nights from other unruly guests. Told staff and all they did was apologize. Breakfast area was dirty, spilled OJ left on counter and onto floor, after telling staff. Partial electrical outage on final night, no light in windowless bathroom! Plus, no where did the description on Expedia website, did it mention a $100 security deposit. Terrible, will avoid all Ramada hotels in future.

There was a ton of traffic in and out of rooms. Doors slamming all night. People yelling and fighting. Large groups of people yelling at staff. Physically fighting one another. Absolutely trashy. I have very low expectation with hotels as is and I find myself easy to please. I never write reviews but this was by far the worst stay at a hotel I’ve ever had. Never again.

This hotel is in need of a remodel. We stayed one night and left early for the airport. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. And I won't be staying again.

Good for a night.
Room was nice, beds comfortable enough, last minute booking price was great. The pool was not cold but definitely not warm. The breakfast left plenty to be desired.

Was an issue checking in--paid through Expedia but Ramada claimed 'single use card failure' and that I hadnt paid. Staff was kind and helpful and we got it resolved overnight. Property was fine, room was average. Bathtub was peeling and had mold along caulk line.

Average stay. Description of the amenities not accurate. Stated there was a restaurant on site and a bar. Neither existed! Electrical in room was not up to par. Desk panel electrical ports had no power, had to find other outlets to charge phones and laptop. Bathroom could use a little TLC. Toilet paper holder barely holding on to wall. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

Stayed here to catch a early flight after three hours of driving it was very cheap and fit my budget but i could have done better this place was not a good choice the breakfast was not fresh and the rooms were dirty and the pool are stanked! The smell is awful plumbing work I suppose not sure but won’t be going back , made a promise to myself to never be that cheap again cause you might end up with what I did I’m sorry but I’m honest was not a good experience!

Don’t stay here. They tried giving me a different room than I reserved but I had to check in and get keys and go to room first. Walked in that room and it was an absolute mess. Dirty sheets, floors and wouldn’t touch the couch. Security door from parking lot was propped open and trash all around it.

The room was clean. The bathroom amenities were inadequate as far as toilitries. Had to request drinking cups and no complimentary water. Breakfast was lacking freshness. Bisquits were dry and hard. No fresh fruits.

Overall cleanliness and basic maintenance of the hotel was below poor— it seemed like no one had done it in months, not to mention deep cleaning. The bathtub faucet and knob were smeared with white caulking, and one side had paint peeling off. The vents had layers of dust mixed with some kind of debris, wall corners had black residue mixed with dust, carpet smelled horrible, our bedroom door wouldn’t work unless you forced it up, bedroom was very dark— almost dungeon like. Do not recommend this place at all— highly disgusted

The lobby is in perfect condition. The room is ok, they need to prioritize in cleaning the room more often and replace beds and do a little TLC on the bathroom, and change the breakfast selection. Overall was ok for 3 nights. You get what you pay for it. The costumer service was great.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, bathroom clean, bed sheets clean and was very comfortable. The breakfast area was not clean. the tables, chairs, and floor were not clean. The breakfast was very poor. Days old biscuits stale. Gravy was frozen, just open the package and dump it in the hot pan to melt, terrible. The coffee was good. The lobby was clean and attractive.

Waited 15 minutes to check in because there were multiple people in line and one person at desk. Get to our room and right away we were revolted. Before we got to our room we stepped in a puddle in the hallway because of a ceiling leak. The room ceiling looked like it needed repair, bed and floor had stains all over, brand new socks turned almost black just from walking on carpet. The bedside table lamp had a GREEN light bulb. We planned on giving our toddler a bath in the tub but it just looked absolutely disgusting with mildew and grime. There was a dead bug in the ac unit. I was tolerating it all until I noticed the black socks then demanded a refund. I was going to call the desk but there was no directory or speed dials on the pin pad. I will say the front desk staff was accommodating by ‘upgrading’ us to a nicer room and said if we still weren’t satisfied he would gladly refund. This room didn’t seem as dirty or dilapidated so we decided to stay.

DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE.
The lobby was the only thing decent. Had to wait to be checked in while the guy talked on the phone and we were not acknowledged for the first couple minutes. The minute we started walking down the hallway I got a bad feeling. It was dark, unkept, linen's and garbage laying about, smelt of people cooking, the air conditioning was not on, it seemed to me people were living here. It was not a hotel atmosphere whatsoever. The keypads to open the door had to be repeatedly used before we could get in. We enter the room, it was small, dark, hot, it smelled musty, the air conditioner was not running and mind you it was 97° outside that day. Absolutely nothing like the picture shown on site. Not one item in that room did not have some sort of damage. You could tell the room had not been cleaned. The mattresses were old and sunken in. We tried to adjust the temperature on the AC unit and the whole front fell off. The refrigerator did not cool. I could go on and on about all that was wrong. I immediately wanted to leave but my sister thought we should try and stick it out because we were really looking forward to the pool and wanted do our best to have a good time. We go to the pool entrance and it smelled of marijuana. On the website it said there was a restaurant and a bar, which there is not. The security to the building was completely open. There are so many things wrong with this place.
