"Handy Hallmark Hotel"
Quick check in with friendly staff. Plentiful supply of tea and coffee in the room although there never seems to be quite enough milk left for the amount of sachets (this is the case in all hotels however...) Extremely hot water meant we had to be careful in the bathroom although personally I prefer this option to only having lukewarm water. The bathroom itself I think was beginning to look a little tired but it was fine for our stay.

"Good hotel."
Staff were very accomidating and pleasant. Good size room but traffic notice is heavy as in the noice from the heater when on. The food in the restaurant is what you would expect from an average chain restaurant. Not gormet but does the job, it is however overpriced for the quality.

"Convenient hotel in Derby's cathedral quarter"
We stayed in Derby for 2 nights. The hotel is easy to find and a short walk into the shops, bars, restaurants etc. Our room was clean, warm and quiet. Breakfast buffet selection is very good, freshly cooked and available until 11am at the weekend. Good value.

Stayed here a few times. Staff are always attentive and helpful. Restaurant and bar are excellent, and always seem pretty busy. Pool is great with clean changing rooms. Room very comfortable, but a bit of noise from the aircon outside the window.
