Would not stay here again. It was a fine place to sleep but the room was in rough shape. there was a huge stain on chair. all the furniture was in rough shape. we booked a single king yet there was 2nd mattress thrown on the ground for some reason.

Old building is ok. Just very dirty rooms. Door didn’t lock. Tv didn’t work. Bedding and towels were clean but not the rest of the room. There was a box of cornbread mix and chicken bones(I guess chicken) in the tv consul. Pill on the floor and earring on the bathroom floor. Rooms need to be deep cleaned. Bad!!

Was not made aware that the property was home to migrant workers. The property and grounds were filthy. The room was shabby and the bathroom was dirty with hair and appeared to have not been cleaned. I was afraid there may be bed bugs. I felt very unsafe leaving my car in the parking lot. I felt unsafe staying there. Overall I was disgusted. The help were argumentative and did not offer, until I had made another reservation to another place, to put me somewhere else. By the condition of the property itself I was not satisfied with the assistance they were providing.

Terrible stay. Hotels.com did nothing to help
This motel is in horrible condition. The pool is a fenced off cesspool with a tarp over it. There are whole families sleeping in the lobby. There is little to no maintenance. The bathroom smelled like a sulfurous rotten septic tank. It is an unsafe area. My son and I , both full sized men, were afraid to open our drapes or unbolt the door. This place is a terrible choice. Not worth more than $40 a night. I sent messages to Hotels.com requesting some intervention and they were useless. What a ripoff.

Unsafe room
The front desk staff was too busy visiting to help guests. We got to our room and door was locked but not shutting completely. Made us feel very unsafe. The window was open a crack and was bent and we had to work to bend it back to get to shut. The open window allowed bees into the room so we spent time killing bees.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, its central location was undeniably convenient for exploring the city. However, the outside of the hotel was disappointingly dirty, and there were people loitering around, creating a somewhat shady and unsafe atmosphere. Once inside, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly, but the external concerns left a lasting impression that needs addressing to make this hotel a more attractive option for future guests.

There were loud "guests" all day and night outside in parking lot, families with loud children. Got the feeling that this property is being used as a low income housing property. Felt very uncomfortable with all them just wondering around the property and around my car.

The 2 front desk personnel that helped me during this visit are an asset to the property. Both were professional, friendly, listened to my travel issues and kindly accommodated me. Very helpful. We stayed in the cheaper part of the hotel a bit below the main property. It's been remodeled and is comfortable. TV, hot water, locks, fridge all work. Sink drain was broken but I could make it open finally. Linkage was bent up previously Brought the issue to management. Has a coffee maker and smallish tv in the room. To get ice you hike across a sidewalk, two flights of outside steps to the rear entrance of the main building by the laundry facility. ONE place for the entire two hotels? Internet crawled at best any / all times I tried it... often. I tested the speed.. Maybe enough AT TIMES to get an email out. Cruising for restaurants, attractions etc? Forget it. I brought this up to the night manager and got an argument that it'll always be slow at a motel/ hotel??? I put wifi IN motels where I live and don't use that excuse. Not paying for enough bandwidth; a common problem at some motels. All in all a nice stay though. Good location and not a bad price til they get offered enough to tear it down like all the motels around it have been already.

Dirty, disgusting, filthy. Run down hotel. Pictures ate an absolute lie. Gun shots all night long. No AC. hair on the bathroom floor. Just a terrible place to stay. Needs to be taken off the website.

When i booked the stay, the pictures looked nicer than the reality. The area of town felt sketchy. The deadbolt on the door didn't work, and i could see daylight under the door. Overall i felt very exposed and vulnerable. The staff was nice and the room was clean, but we didnt stay the night. I checked back out and found a safer place to stay. I'll be asking for a refund.

The staff is more than accommodating, regarding securing personal effects pre/post stay. Breakfast staff also accommodating. Hotel is an older one, however, the staff and its central location provide mega bang for minimum $$

BEWARE THE PHOTOS DO NOT MATCH WHAT YOU GET HERE
I booked this hotel for a one night stay for myself, my sister, her two small children and my mother. My sister and I were attending a concert and planned on my mom watching the boys at the hotel. Upon entering we were absolutely disturbed by the conditions. Luckily the sheets were clean but there were holes in the sheets on one of our “queen” beds (they were maybe full sized beds). The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever. My sister wiped down the floors seeing as there were two small children with us and the towel was completely black and totally disgusting. The door looked as though it had been kicked in quite a few times with no secondary locking option. The pool was halfway empty and full of green scum. The pictures DO NOT match anything that is offered. Do not be fooled this place is absolutely disgusting.

Room was not very clean, TV wouldn't turn on. I found that the TV remote batteries were missing, but when I replaced them, the TV still didn't work. Wi-fi was unreliable, nearly useless.

Photos are a lie!
Do not let the pictures fool you, they are not accurate at all! The room was small and dirty, there was still beard shavings in the sink. The bed sheets and pillow covers had stains. The floor still has debris on it. The pool is covered and filled with swamp water, it looks as though it has not been used in years. I would have left and asked for a refund but almost all other hotels were booked for the Swift concert. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Get what you pay for
It was mediocre. But we wanted to save $$ for our fun stuff. We knew we weren’t getting a 5 star resort. But one room the door wouldn’t stay closed unless we slammed it. There was a large centipede in one room. There was what looked to be a hole in the bathroom that was poorly covered. The tv in one room wouldn’t turn on. The pool was out of commission. We only stayed two nights, and I guess we got what we paid for. But we will find something different when we come back.

This place was incredibly disgusting. The bed was not made properly. There were all kinds of stains on the chair within the room. The hostess that checked me in was decent, but seemed like she was better than anyone else. If there is a way to rate this place a 0/5 I would because it was that disgusting. Do not stay here. Not even if you are just needing a place to sleep for the night. It would be better if you sleep in your car.

Property was not as described. It seems the owner is just trying to survive until the development behind him buys him out. The AC was broke, the pool was a no go and the fitness center didn’t exist.

From the window in our room we watched the hookers and dope heads go in and out of rooms all night. It’s freaking sad. The front desk charged us $1 for two plastic forks. Breakfast was fake eggs and stale bread. Annnnd the pool. The only reason I booked this motel. And it wasn’t far from usable. However for a cheap place to stay while passing through I’d recommend it. The room was clean and the deadbolt locked.
