The front desk staff, AMAZING.

Heat didn't work correctly, finding objects in my room IE prescription drugs that could kill you with an overdose, cut my finger on broken glass from coffee pot, ants, bites all over my body, inside the front grate of heater/cooler filled with black mold and dirt and dust beyond being able to see the grate, made so much noise while running I couldn't use it. Noticed maid staff never changed my bedding, nor scrubbed the toilet. I wish I would have taken photos.

Pros: Location
Cons: Management, cleanliness.
We booked it as a stop over, on a road trip. When we arrived the first thing we noticed was some transient types hanging around the entrance and the lobby. I backed my car up to a fence to protect the trunk from break in. We arrived late so we pretty much went straight to bed. When we awoke the next morning my wife noticed there was a used prophylactic hanging on the bedside lamp. Totally disgusting. We had not noticed it the night before. We notified the front desk on the way out, after another customer ahead of us had been refunded for the issues in their room. We were told that they could not refund us, as we had used an outside booking source.

Doable for one night.

Pros: Looked nice from the outside.
Cons: Clean it up and make non-smoking rooms NON-SMOKING. Take care of the flea problem.
Location: Traveling so didn't do anything nearby. Easy to get to from I-25.
The room was very smokey for a non-smoking room. Upon opening the window, there were cigarette butts and a wad of gum on the ledge. I have asthma and it was hard to breathe in there. There is posting at the front desk that says there is a $250 fee for cleaning if you are caught smoking in your room. It didn't show if they had cleaned from the prior guest due to the smell. Also, our dog got fleas from that hotel. So guessing it was infested with them. He has NEVER had fleas before. The breakfast was okay. They refilled things when they ran low. Front desk staff were friendly and attentive. There seemed to be quite a few people living there on a permanent basis. The area seemed safe, however upon leaving the police were there.

Pros: It didn't give me AIDS.
Cons: Longer TV cords and enforcement of no smoking policy.
Location: Get out of the hotel.
Never again here. Whole place smells of smoke. TV power cord not long enough to reach the outlet, fridge was unplugged and smelled, just gross. Guy was at the desk complaining about his sheets. Turns out they only wash / change them every 3 days. Ugh.

Peaceful, quite stay.

Pros: Very quiet, and from my experience, relaxing.
Cons: Maybe a repaving of the asphalt outside, other that that, I found it enjoyable.
Location: Located just off the freeway, its located near a gas station, and two restaurants are within walking distance as well.
The experience staying here was relaxing. The bed was firm, but comfortable, the pillows were soft, the room was clean. The thermostat/heater worked well, heating the room pretty quickly on the lowest setting.

Pillows were flat and no coffee maker, plus micrwave was broken. No lights in bathroom. Staff neglectful of guests needs. Bedding was old.

We were disappointed. We needed a place to stay and short on time or we would have called you and got another hotel. We r seniors and they put us on the 3 rd floor no elevator. They did that after we ask for non smoking. Heater was loud, we won't go back.
