With a balcony overlooking the Rocky Mountains, it's the perfect way to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Centrally located to Denver, 1.5 hours to local ski resorts, 30 minutes from Denver International Airport, and located near many wonderful restaurants. During your stay you will find a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes and coffee pot. Relax in our cozy living room with a 50 inch tv and a sofa-bed. Attached to the living room is a walk out balcony with mountain views and a table with chairs. The master bedroom includes a king bed and connecting bathroom and closet. The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed and closet. Wifi is included and there are two bathrooms and laundry in unit. \*\*Fireplace does not work. House Rules Check-in: After 4:00 PM Checkout: By 10:00 AM Self check-in with keypad No smoking No pets No parties or events Additional rules \- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7AM \- Check in time is strictly enforced unless prior arrangements have been made because we do not want to disturb other guests. \- No pets \- No illegal substances or activities in the house \- No Marijuana \- Guests must be those listed on the Vrbo reservations.
