Jacob helped me find the entrance in the snow and then went out of his way to shovel the walkway down to the basement multiple times to ensure we were able to come and go safely. He was very communicative with quick reaponses and just very very kind. The lodgings were clean and well kept, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. And even though it is a basement apartment the sound insulation was superb and we really couldn't hear much noise from upstairs. Was awesome to have a back yard that was fenced in for our dog. Just up the road was a park you could walk to, lots of open spaces to walk in the area.Jacob had coffee, tea even dog food in a pinch.
