House was spacious and well stocked. The backyard and porch were a little unkept at the time of our stay. Assume due to just coming out of a long winter. Used the hot tub which was nice. The location worked well for us due to its proximity to extended family living in the area. We had no trouble getting around the Denver metro area from this homebase. The house is spacious and accommodated 4 adults, 2 children, and an infant. The weather precluded use of the outdoor living space.
