This was my bf and I first vacation together, and it couldn’t have been better. The location for this home was great, and we felt safe walking our dog around. Kylie and Phil are very responsive and helpful with any questions. The deck was a favorite of the family. You could always find someone there relaxing. Conveniently located close to Denver and Golden. Home had everything we needed and there was good communication with the property owners. Would definitely stay again. If it were up to me I would replace the nest thermostat with something more idiot proof. The thermostat is programmed to turn off in the middle of the night and you have to set a schedule for it to come on just after it shuts off or it gets hot.
