The home is in a great location close to everything, but very private and quiet. I also liked the fun Halloween decorations. We were excited to spend time in the backyard, but unfortunately the hot tub was at 107 degrees when we wanted to use it, and we weren't able to get it to cool down enough to use our first night and our Day 2 was too busy that we weren't able to use it then either. This was the main reason we chose the home so it was a bit disappointing, but according to the guest book this is something they typically ensure is at a reasonable temperature so probably just a one-off. Overall I would highly recommend this home, just double check the hot tub temperature first thing if you want to use it! ##### Robin G.
