The property does no justice to how the pictures look and the charges for complete lack of service. The entire property is ill maintained, elevator and breakfast area are all so filthy. Was disgusting to go eat food there. Also we called and asked for room service and linen replacement. None of that was done and we had to manage with 2 towels and no replenished coffee. Whole experience leaves a bad taste on La Quinta. We have stayed in La Quinta in Vegas many times. Locations like this will tarnish the customer experience and brand.

Check out person did not care, locked himself in back. No juice, Only coffee and Milk for breakfast. No Kleenex in room. Toilet paper far from toilet.

I got nothing good to say about this place. My only advice to other people is to find a way nicer place than this because everyone deserves a good vacation and this is no place that’ll make your trip enjoyable.

The entire property stated it was smoke free but our room reeked of cigarette smoke. The curtains were dirty and torn. The couch was old and smelled horrible. Overall terrible stay.

There was snot on the walls, stains on mattresses and floors, dried vomit on the side of the toilet. The ONLY plus is that the front desk guy was nice. That’s it. We canceled before spending a single night.

This place was absolutely disgusting. We found snot on the walls, bed sheets were stained, eyelashes in towels, the towels had brown stains. We had a total of 5 rooms and each one was disgusting.

The place was absolutely disgusting, cigarette burns and stains on the bedding, trash all over the room and only god knows what was splattered on the floor and nightstand. Luckily we had bedding of our own to use over the sheets.

I got late to check in due to storm on our way to golden and I have to pay an extra night. Receptionist in lobby said I can talk to the manager in the morning about it but it was 9 o’clock and manager never came. Room was dusty and few hairs in the bed, breakfast was very limited (at least the one thing I like about the property)

Was lied to about the room,didn't get 1st floor access, got 3rd floor. They said you didn't request. Also no wifi. And to top it off,being on 3rd floor, elevator was broken, with no sign to warn you

There was trash everywhere around the property. Garbage was overflowing onto the floor of the lobby. The snow was never plowed in the parking lot nor were the sidewalks shoveled making it difficult to get to our room with our luggage.

Poor customer service in light of travel emergenc.
I booked this room in an emergency due to closed roads and hazardous travel. They would not allow my daughter to check in as she didn’t have a photo ID. We requested an exception to the rule due to the travel emergency and hotel further denied. We’re forced to sleep in their car. Very disappointed! Refund has been requested!

There’s no breakfast here
The place was pretty dirty. I took a few pictures. Breakfast was really bad. There was no juice at all. No fruit no yogurt. When I asked they said the food truck doesn’t come until Monday. It was Friday. There was 5 boiled eggs in the fridge. I took 2 the next morning there was no eggs and only one bagel. There was cereal for every day. So only cereal to eat. I had to stay here because of a storm.

Stay away absolutely disgusting.
First thing you are hit with is the awful smell of sewage in the lobby. I asked the person that checked us in how he couldn't smell it and he said he smelled nothing. I even asked the manager about the smell and his solution was to use air freshener that absolutely didn't work. So, first room..... disgusting. Animal fur and hair all over the bed, nasty stains on the comforter. Small dark specks on edges of mattress and bed. I was given a different room, worse. Bed stained and hair, I went to use the restroom and the seat was not attached to the toilet. The lock was broken and looked like dog poo stuck to the carpet.

I asked for a room on the first floor because I was handicapped and they gave me room on the 3rd floor and I had to climb 3 flights of stairs because the elevator wasn’t working

Friendly staff, decent breakfast and variety. The only thing that we don’t like was that we could hear people walking late at night and early morning, we couldn’t really sleep that well (we started on the first floor).
