Room was typical hotel room with TV, computer hookups, fridge and microwave. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. It was mostly quiet Dining was ok-food was good but not a lot of choices for non-beef eaters. I would stay again if I needed a room in the area

We booked through expedia however what they offered in the booking was different to what the hotel offered regarding parking - we were led to believe it was inclusive but it wasn't......I suggest you take a photo of your booking when you do it as proof.

Our car was the parking lot and somebody try to still or something, but they break the window to go in, when we went to the clerk and splain they said they dont have anything to do with that, and that they didnt have camaras in the parking lot we were paying 20$ a day.

The room was hot and muggy even though the AC unit was on 68, we dropped it to 60 no change. The "electrician" had a don't know, dont care attitude and gave us the "that's just how it works" statement. Other than that it was great.

My room had bed bugs and they offered to move us to a new room without offering to wash our clothes and make sure everything was safe for us to transfer to a new room without contaminating the new room we were moving to, they still charged us for one night of the room even though I ended up having to go to the doctor from the bites of the bed bugs all over my arms and back, the hospital bill was more expensive than my hotel stay and that is really unacceptable, I get really bad allergic reactions when I get bit by bugs

The room cleaners were awesome and they were tipped well because of it. Room came with a clogged toilet, the scale in the gym is broken, the water filter in the gym was really old and needs to be changed, and my bosses room didn't have heat- mind you it was below 0 degrees outside. I've stayed here three times due to work and it's always a bad experience. First time they charged me for parking every night and I only used it one night. I wrote them emails and called and they never made it right. Don't stay here.

They charged for parking and breakfast after I paid extra for breakfast online. When I pointed out it doesn’t state parking is paid online, they said someone would call me and no one did. My TV had 6 light spots on it, when I reported to the front desk they told me they would fix it for the next guest. The parking lot had trash all over it. There was a 1/4” of dust on the headboard.

Best Hotel Ever
This hotel was very nice, clean and the hotel staff were amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for me and my family vacation to Colorado. We are all impressed. My kids loved the see through elevator and I loved the Starbucks in the lobby. I will fight to stay here again. Lol

Nice hotel. Cashless facility is inconvenient.
Except for one thing, everything was perfect. Apparently the property has gone entirely cashless. While that’s not an issue for the most part, it prevented me from tipping the housekeeping staff. They have an ATM in the lobby, but were unable to break a 20 for me so I could tip. I was there for two nights, so a $20 tip would be a bit exorbitant. If the hotel is going to be cashless, there should be a way to tip housekeepers and restaurant staff online. Bring cash with you if you expect to be tipping.

Great one night stop.
My husband and teen came to Denver for a concert and stayed here at Hyatt. They were very happy with the room, service and space. Breakfast was not their favorite.

Poor staff on weekends.
Stayed for 2 nights. Have stayed several times over the last two months. During my stay the electricity went out for over an hour on a cold snowy Saturday. Power was restored and was told it was a neighborhood outage. Observed street lights and adjacent building with power. Saw Xcel energy show up and restore power directly at the hotel. Was told by unhappy front desk employee Sunday morning when I requested a late check out that the rate I had paid on previous stays was no longer accepted. She informed me that management had specifically discussed me personally during a staff meeting regarding my late checkout fee. I have paid $30 for two extra hours multiple times after I was quoted that rate on my first stay months ago. The new rate was $50 for two extra hours. Not including parking. Overall Rooms are nice. Clean. But staff is not friendly. I was charged an additional $92 for a late check out and parking.
