I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hyatt Denver with my wife for a short vacation, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. As a loyal Hyatt Member, I always look forward to experiencing the best that Hyatt has to offer, and this stay did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who were not only kind and accommodating but also incredibly knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. Their recommendations for things to do and see in Denver really enhanced our stay and made us feel like valued guests. The hotel itself is lovely, with great amenities that cater to both leisure and business travelers. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with features that added to the overall pleasantness of our stay. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Overall, our stay at the Grand Hyatt Denver was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of excellent service, great amenities, and comfortable accommodations made for a truly memorable experience. I can confidently say that I will definitely be staying here again in the future, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in Denver.

Property looks modern, but we were surprised to learn it existed since the 1970’s. Facility is clean. In-facility dining Courier was surprisingly good - great food at reasonable prices. Walking around the area, there are a few homeless people roaming around which is scary and if you’re in lower levels the occasional street noises could bother you but all in all a pleasant hotel to stay which was reasonably priced.

1. There were stains everywhere. Small ones on the blankets, stains on the bed frame, stains on all the lamps that looked disgusting. If you looked at the wall when light was on it you could see water damage & stains coming down the wall. 2. The lady who checked us in was super rude for no reason. Had a horrible attitude towards us when arriving for absolutely no reason. Also one of our key cards wasn’t working in the elevator & when I asked how to use it they looked at me like I was dumb. Turns out they never activated it & it didn’t even work. I didn’t appreciate that whatsoever. 3. The pool looked horrible. We thought about going to take a swim until we seen the pool. Horrible experience & we will never be back there

The front desk was EXTREMELY kind and helpful. I had issue checked in, but the saff went above and beyond. Cannot say enough wonderful things. The bar and restaurant in the hotel was really nice. Great food and drinks!

There was no door sign in our room. Every time we wanted to request housekeeping, we had to go to the front desk. After our room was “cleaned” by the housekeeper, the bed sheets that were put on the bed had hair and random stains all over it. That is just plain disgusting and insanitary. We tried calling the front office to let them know, the girl on the phone was training and couldn’t really help. We then talked to the housekeeper on our floor and she was nice enough to help us and re-do our bed. Front desk staff is just not welcoming or helpful. Poor quality of service at a well known hotel franchise. Definitely will not be returning here.
