You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Getaway Suite

Brand new 2023 basement includes a spacious living room with family sofa, tv and entertainment items, kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, fully stocked cabinets for cooking.
The bedroom has queen size bed and full bathroom with shower, and washer and dryer. The house entrance has touchpad and shared with the owners, located close to I 25 and other major roads, easy to find and in very peaceful neighborhood .
The space
NO SHOES in the house is one of my important rules, as I want to keep the house clean at the same way for every guest.

To everyone who may be allergic, I have cat but it never been allowed to be in the basement appartment, because it's only for guests, and she's usually hiding..

Castle Rock, CO Getaway

Margaret was a fantastic host and very friendly. Her “Getaway” was clean and quiet. We’d certainly try and book her place again when we return to the area.“downtown” Castle Rock but it’s easy to get anywhere in the area.

Amazing hospitality

Our host was absolutely fantastic—so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly helpful with providing recommendations for local activities and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Whether it was booking tours or offering insider tips on the best spots to visit, their local knowledge made all the difference. We felt truly cared for, and their thoughtful communication made everything seamless. It was such a pleasure staying at their property, and we'd definitely love to return!
