Bad Experience

Posted 20-Jul-2016
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
They were over booked and I was "upgraded" to a room I found out was a smoking room with no choice to change do to how late my arrival was. I will never use Extended Stay America again.

Please accept my sincere apologies for not being able to provide you the room you had originally booked due to your late arrival and our hotel being overbooked. In an effort to compensate you for this inconvenience, we upgraded you to a better room; however the better room was for our smoking guests and not the non-smoking room you had requested. I am so sorry for the inconvenience and the frustration this caused you, and hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with the exceptional service and accommodations you should have had with this stay. Thank you for your understanding and your patience. Sincerely, General Manager

Do not stay here.

The woman at the front desk was rude. We accidentally booked a smoking room and she would not negotiate at all to change room. The room smelled and was dirty.

Thank you for your recent stay and comments. Please accept our apologies for the less than positive experience with our front desk associates. We have customer service training in place for our associates so we are sorry this situation was not handled appropriately. We have alerted the Front Desk Manager and shared your concerns so this does not happen again. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope you will give us another chance to demonstrate the excellent service we strive to provide. Sincerely, General Manager

Very bad hotel!!! It should CLOSE DOWN!

Posted 13-Jul-2016
This hotel joint is a terrible one. I have stayed in many ESA hotels but this is the worst ever!! The first things I see is a worn out carpet, unkept, unswept lobby. Then the front desk people are late in attending the service for towels, and even kitchen gadgets. They gave me 2 spoons and I needed all the cooking stuff. The couch/BED we opened had dirty linens from previous stays. There was an underwear in the closet. We were in the room above the lobby- room 213 to be exact. Wish I took pictures. But didn't. I was afraid for my kids being there for 5 grueling days. The air conditioning was broken. The place smelled like a nasty smoke house and it's suppose to be "nonsmoking". This was a place from hell. There were 2 men knocking on our door late in the evening... it was a drug dealing, hooker place... this was a hotel from HELL!!!!

Guest feedback is important to us and we take comments seriously. We are sorry for the issues you encountered during your stay. One of the responsibilities of our front desk staff is to inform our guests of our amenities. It is apparent you were not informed of our dishware and towel exchange program, all items are at the front desk for those guests which desire kitchen ware items. We will also deliver to your guest suite if desired. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will increase the number of times per day which the public areas are checked for cleanliness. We appreciate you being our guest and for sharing your comments. We look forward to your next visit with us. Thank you, General Manager

Would not stay here again!

Posted 10-Apr-2016 on Orbitz
Walked into our room and the mattress was stripped down and leaned up against the wall, the pull out couch was all torn apart and there was a note on the bottom of the mattress that said BB inspected and the today's date. If your wondering BB stands for bed bugs! Gross!!! Then to top it off there was an unopened condom on the floor under the bed frame where the mattress should've been laying! The room was gross dirty in all the corners of the room and behind doors. Hairs all over on the counters and everything old old old! Cigarette butts all over the ground outside the hotel! Think I will pass on ever staying here again. Yuck!!!

Horrible first impression

Posted 21-Mar-2016 on Orbitz
I arrived around 7:15pm and there was no one at the front desk. After about 4 minutes a guy came out with an aditude. I was given a paper to sign without being told what it was. When I asked him to explain what it was it seemed to upset him. I was given bad directions to my room. I didn't have much time to check out the room good. However, I did sleep well and left early the next morning after showering.

Basic Basic hotel

You need to bring your own soap, washcloth, shampoo and conditioner. They only give you one tiny circular soap, and enough shampoo for half your head. It was a good price, I wish I would've known to bring more supplies.

Very bad service and rude employee.

It was the worst hotel I ever been in. I had to change my room 4 times because of the smoking smell or because they gave me the key for another occupied room!! no room services at all (if you stay less than 7 days, as per front desk). People there are trash and they hang out all night with loud voices. NO BREAKFAST at all, just one bag of cupcakes and one bag of snakes.. coffee with no creamer at all...front desk in the morning are so rude..i'll never ever stay in these hotels anymore. very bad experience.
