Don't do it! Even it its cheap!

We were put into a room that was occupied and the occupant pulled a gun on us. The hotel staff was rude and not apologetic at all for the mistake. After we got into our own room, there were not enough pillows or blankets for all of my family. In addition, the room had no utensils, plates, or anything expected in a extended stay. Horrible experience! Spread the word...don't stay here no matter what!!!

Room smealt like marijuana. Pillows were missing, telephone was also missing only 1 towel in bathroom. Called the front office to complain and nothing was done. Do not stay at this motel it is awful!!

Gross dump with lazy staff.

We stayed for 2 nights. The people next to us were constantly outside smoking and drinking. The pull out bed had stains everywhere. There were dead bugs in the bath tub. And they were loud rooms. You could hear any noise anyone made around you.

Old and dated. Air conditioner didn't work well...the breakfast was a packaged muffin and coffee...nothing for my kids, no blankets or pillows available for fold out couch bed. Drawers in bath vanity would not close. Beer bottles and beer caps littering stairwell.

Night of arrival in Colorado

Pros: Nothing. This hotel had nothing to offer anyone.
Cons: The rooms need to be cleaned, the windows don't open, so they can't air them out so every disgusting smell just saturates the room.
I transferred from California to Colorado and there was one night that we would be there before moving into our place. We booked the extended stay for about $115. I wasn't expecting a glamorous hotel, but I was expecting at least a clean one. This place was disgusting. The first room they put us in was trashed as if they never cleaned it from previous guests. The second room they tried to give us smelled like someone had just fried catfish and left the grease out. I refused the rooms and asked for the number to their corporate office. Then they offered me two rooms (because it was my husband and 3 children) and we accepted them since there were no other options at this point. The toilet didn't work in one room (because the water was turned off), then there were huge spiders in the second room. It was not a good evening at all. I went to speak to the manager, Cynthia Murphy, who wouldn't even speak to me because she said she was too busy. Really? I was amazed that she could continue her employment after being so rude. The assistant manager and a desk clerk were the only two who attempted to resolve the situation. I would never recommend this hotel nor will I ever stay at an extended stay again.

Unfortunate choice!

When I went to check in, there were people at the desk, asking for towels, and a woman asking for supplies for her kitchen. I was not too concerned, but... When I checked in, the girl asked for my wife to also sign the register, which I have not heard of in years. THe room at first glance was dismal. dirty carpets, the outside of the boxspring was shredded, and the bottom was falling down. In the kitchen, there was 1 fork, and one spoon, nothing more. We felt very uncomfortable and went to the front desk to ask for a refund. Since we booked through Expedia we have to go through them. The young lady at the desk was a wonderful person, who said she understood and thanked us for not yelling at her. She could easily work in a 4 star with her poise and charm. We left and went to the Embassy Suites in the DTC and were very happy.

Cons: House cleaning services
We had to wait for the room , after room was ready had to go to the desk for towels and face cloths. They only had one ? Come on. The room had no telephone, Wi-Fi didn't work. The floors were filthy, our socks were very dirty from walking in the room and we didn't even spend more than an hour in the room, other when we were sleeping and our feet were not on the floor. Terrible stay. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Worst possible experience.

This hotel was booked on expedia as part of a flight package. Bad idea! This hotel is the worst we have ever stayed in, period. It started out being checked by two guys who should have never been hired. It took 30 minutes and when it done, they handed us sheets and pillow cases to make our own bed. No toilet paper, when asked for some they were out. Took a full day to get the pots and pans we needed. No ice machines. No toiletries. Overall, the worst. We checked out 2 days early to move a hilton garden inn. Do not stay here. Horrible!!
