Bed smelled of urine.

Cons: Phone system
The bed smelled of urine. The front deck phone line was bad, but the staff refunded the two day early check-out. Still waiting to see if Expedia refunds the money.

Last minute choice due to road closure

Requested non smoking room, but it obviously had smokers in the room previously. We were in a bind because a snow storm kept us from continuing our travels. On our road trip with included stays at 7 other hotels, this was the only one that had us and other people wait until 3:00 to get into the room. Granted, check in time is posted for 3, but really - NO rooms are available prior to that? No utensils in the room, had to ask at desk and they brought to the room. No dish soap or dish cloth to wash the dishes, and none for the dishwasher. Hate that our clothes reek of smoke

Awful place in a Nice area

Literally the worst hotel experience of my life, the staff was nice, that's where the positives end. Bed was uncomfortable and linens were terrible and just two crappy pillows. You have the move the table to switch from watching from the couch and bed and the wires are in the way. The towel rack I the bathroom that held stained towels barley hung on by one side of screws when I walked in. The hot water came in and out and the adjustable part was broken so I had to crouch to shower. The shower bench if I could of used it was disgusting. The wifi is trash and you have to PAY more for better internet. Oh yeah, the "breakfast" they have is granola bars.... On top of all that the whole 3 days I spent in there every night sounded like someone practicing karate above me for hours, just loud random noises. So no I won't be staying there again

Hotel unsafe and not cleaned.

Felt unsafe in that hotel and area. the bathroom were dirty and room was unclean.

Horrible service..

Don't rent here rates bounce around daily, almost impossible to get clean linens and towels "the washing machine is broke" the reservations can be denied. Cost doesn't reflect this horrible place. Cops rolling around the complex all night dealing with the Meth heads and prostitute. Why support a company that doesn't care about the guests.

2nd worst hotel experience-

Will be calling Expedia Monday for a refund! It's a good hotel if you're on a low budget! However the staff was unprofessional and inattentive. -Their were no blankets, called twice for extra stuff but the laundry area was broken for the staff! -Beds uncomfortable -Room was gross, outdated water on the bathroom floor, chips in the counter. -Drugs deals outside -I got so fed up I left for the Hilton garden inn!

Yuck

We checked in hotel outside appearances seemed ok. Go to room and ugh! It smelt horrible, no towels, one pillow that could have fit in a shoe box and the entire feel was disgusting. We went out to dinner and came back and got our stuff and checked out. Never again!

STAY AWAY!

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING! Customer service and cleanliness! Worst stay ever.
Location: location was great, could not believe that this hotel even existed in this community.
We had four rooms before we could stay in one! The first had not been cleaned, no toilet paper in room, empty shampoo bottles and soap wrappers littered the tub, their was hair on the beds and bugs and cigarettes in the other bed. The second room was occupied by someone, and the third they did not have any blankets or pillows for the hide a bed. We were told they did not have extras and we had booked a room for 4. The fourth was subpar hard pillows, dirty walls and a filthy floor. The staff would not answer the phone and were never at the desk when we had to contact them, they were not apologetic either. I would not wish my enemy to stay here! The staff was drinking and sounded like a party going on in the back room, hence the reason they were less than attentive to their duties.
