The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

The space
This home boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! The home has a full kitchen upstairs & downstairs that is stocked with everything you need to cook for a large group. From a comfy family room area upstairs for relaxing and watching movies, to a game area downstairs equipped with another entertainment area and foosball table—there is plenty of space to home you and your family or group of friends. We also have a large driveway and a large fully fenced in backyard with covered patio lit with string lights!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house. The driveway offers enough parking for 2 vehicles in tandem and plenty of free parking on the street in front of the home as well!

Other things to note
Prior to arriving, guests will receive an access code for our keyless self check-in! I send your code around noon on the day of your check-in.

The home sits near a main road. You might hear cars driving by. We lived here for 2 years and didn't have problem but just wanted to make you aware if you are sensitive to noise!

There is a small step onto the main porch and steps to the downstairs!

Good Experance

We had a nice stay. We had to switch houses because of the pipes freezing but all in all it was a great trip. Communication was great and the house was clean and comfortable.

This property was ideal for my family. It was close enough in proximity to everything and anything we needed: Food (both groceries and restaurants), transportation, and the destinations for which we were in the Denver area. Thanks to the host Kendra for making this a great place to stay.

Great home and guest

Place was wonderful. Don't have a bad thing to say. The host was amazing. We ran into a little issue (our fault) and Kendra could not have been more accommodating. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend and would stay again if in the area for sure!
