(Although if you have a car, there's plenty of free and available parking in front of the house.)(A couple notes for future occupants-- the thermostat is below the tv... hidden by a leaf! And the stairs down to the basement are quite steep (so anyone with knee issues might want to beware. ...that said, you don't necessarily \*need\* to get into the basement -- most of the living space is on ground level.)
