This is our personal home (so yes, we really care about it and hope you will too!) and you’ll have the whole space to yourselves: 3 comfy bedrooms, 2 full baths, a bonus office space, and a cozy couch. This charming Denver Victorian is the perfect blend of historic character and modern comfort—thoughtfully furnished to host the whole crew with ease. \-Sleep soundly with options for everyone: a king bedroom, queen bedroom, twin bedroom, and a super cozy couch in the living room. \-Enjoy spa-like vibes in the two bathrooms, featuring a spacious walk-in shower and a relaxing upstairs bathtub, perfect after a day exploring the city. \-Spread out and unwind! Please note that guests do not have access to the locked storage closets inside the home, the garage, or the basement. There’s plenty of free 2 hour street parking, and rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available if you prefer to get around without a car. Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM A free 1-hour early check-in may be available if our cleaners finish early—we’ll message you directly if so. For additional early check-in or late check-out (if available), we charge $15 per hour to cover scheduling and admin time. Please request in advance. No Smoking Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. A $500 fee will be charged for violations, as it requires deep cleaning and airing out the space. No Parties or Events Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. Unauthorized events will result in immediate removal and a fine.
