Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer. Guests will not have access to the detached garage.

• The Ecobee thermostat controls the AC, and the dial thermostat controls the boiler (heat). It is important to never have both running at once.
• Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property has 2 levels. This home was built in the 1930s, when stairs were built differently. Use caution when walking down the stairs to the basement.
• Lawn care occurs every Wednesday. The vendor will be around the exterior of the home, but will not enter for any reason. Please leave a clear space around the gate so they can fit a mower through.
• Thursday is the normal trash pick-up day of the week. Someone will stop by to roll the cans to the alley. Please ensure there is space to roll out the cans.
• Patio - Please close the patio umbrella when not in use to prevent damage to the property and the umbrella. Please put the cushions back in the storage box.
