Three blocks to lively Tennyson St. with multiple great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, gyms, yoga studios, shops, bakeries, groceries, dry cleaners, and a park with hoops/jungle gyms, and a big grassy area. Private & fenced grassy backyard with patio. Lots of windows, office with French doors, free wi-fi, Bluetooth music player, 65" TV on a lift in the family room, primary bedroom jacuzzi tub, large dining room, extra chairs & stools on site. It's a very fun neighborhood and the house is built to entertain, gatherings are fine but please do not host large/loud parties, and please be respectful of and careful with the property, etc. Downtown Denver 10 min., Red Rocks 20 min., multiple major ski resorts 1 hr., 35 min. from DIA.
