We are still fighting to get our other money back as this place is nothing as advertised. The place is beyond filth and 3 separate neighbors came to tell us the truth as we were discovering it for ourselves…. I can’t believe this human being would even allow anyone to step foot…. DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS NOT SAFE AND IT IS NOT CLEAN. Owners stuff is everywhere and hidden stuff in garage….. he lies nonstop and the proof we have is over 100 of video and pictures. We have recordings of him LYING TIME AND TIME. This is a scam and ALL THESE PICTURES ARE FROM BEFORE !!!!!!!!! They are not accurate!!!!! Every single room has water damage and the neighbors say the mattresss would sit outside soaked for days !!!!!! Cleaners confirmed bed bugs as well. BEWARE! Potentially privating renting out without tenants knowing. We woke up and window was unlocked and opened and gate was as well. Missing furniture that was in pics but not there. We had to hire a cleaning crew to make it livible. Ice maker in fridge never worked. There was visible water damage to much of the drywall and base boards. Carpet was ripped and in poor condition. Hot tub was broken, and never worked.
