Discover paradise in Denia! This spectacular detached villa offers you the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. Situated on a plot of 1,154 m², it features a stunning private pool and breathtaking sea views. Only 3.5 km from the beach, you will enjoy the tranquility of the area while being close to the vibrant center of Denia.  
  
  
  
The house, of 225 m² built and 180 m² useful, has three spacious bedrooms, including a master bedroom with direct access to a terrace overlooking the sea and the Montgó. Two full bathrooms, a cozy living room with fireplace and a fully equipped independent kitchen complete this dream home.  
  
  
  
The property includes air conditioning in all rooms and ceiling fan in master bedroom and living room, mosquito nets on all windows, parking, laundry room and storage room. Electricity will be charged, a security deposit applies, linen service (1 set of sheets per stay) and towels (1 set of towels per stay) has an extra fee per person per stay, we also have pool towels service for an extra fee.
