T-0622 Villa with private pool in Dènia

It is located in the famous neighbourhood of "Les Galeretes" in Dénia. Only 1,3 km from the beach (La Marineta-Las Rotas). The villa has a total of 2 bedrooms, both with Panasonic hot/cold air conditioning and heated marble tiles. In addition, there are 2 fully equipped bathrooms. One bathroom with bathtub and one with shower. Furthermore, the house has an open kitchen with worktop and is equipped with coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge (the fridge does not have a freezer, in the basement there is a small extra fridge). The house has a bright living room with wood burning fireplace, TV with satellite and air conditioning hot/cold as new. There is also a glazed terrace at your disposal, ideal for breakfast outside even in winter and in summer you can open this glazing completely. Outside there is a private pool (6x3m), outdoor shower (cold), 2 sun loungers, a gas barbecue and plenty of space in the garden. There is a garage for your car.

All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh.
On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading on the day of departure.
Internet is available free of charge.
We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
A deposit of 200 € by cash/card must be paid as well.

We had a lovely time at Denia in this villa. Everything was very clean and has everthing you need. The house had one little down side, kitchin and bathrooms are old and need a little love. Overall a good villa and would recommend!

Estuvimos 12 dias en agosto. Todo como en las fotos. Una casa maravillosa, muy limpia y todas las comodidades. Elena, la persona de contacto estupenda en todo momento. Regalos de bienvenida. Le faltan luz en la piscina y el jardin. Recomiendo 100%. Volveremos. Muchas gracias por todo.

Casa muy bonita y comoda. Lugar impecable sobre todo cuando hace mucho calor porque corre siempre el aire al estar al pié del Montgo. Muy cerca de Denia, solo 2 km.
