This beautiful rustic rental is located approximately 2.2 km from the beach and the town center of Denia. It is on an outdoor plot of approximately 900 m² with a private swimming pool of 8 x 4 m.

Inside: Living/dining room (with TV and air conditioning). Equipped kitchen (with oven, fridge-freezer, hotplates, microwave, dishwasher). 2 double bedrooms (with 2 single beds pushed together in each). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed). 1 shower room (+ WC).
