Superb villa enjoying an exceptional view of Denia and the sea. Inside, the rooms are spacious with a sober and refined decoration. Outside you will enjoy a beautiful private swimming pool, overlooking the town of Denia and the sea in the distance. You can enjoy your meals under a covered terrace and enjoy this splendid view.

Parking on the property (for 1 to 2 cars - the garage remains closed and private during rentals, you will not be able to use it).
