Very beautiful and pleasant villa enjoying a large terrace and its private swimming pool. Its strong point undoubtedly remains its magnificent view of the sea and the city of Denia. In addition, it benefits from a pleasant outdoor space and a barbecue area.  
  
Superb villa enjoying an exceptional view of Denia and the sea. Inside, the rooms are spacious with a sober and refined decoration. Outside you will enjoy a beautiful private swimming pool, overlooking the town of Denia and the sea in the distance. You can enjoy your meals under a covered terrace and enjoy this splendid view.  
  
Areas and equipment: Living space of approximately 140 m². Total plot of approximately 600 m². Air conditioning: in the bedrooms. Free wifi Internet connection. Washing machine.  
  
Inside: Living / dining room (with TV). Equipped kitchen (with hotplates, fridge-freezer, oven, small dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster). 2 double bedrooms (with a double bed in each - 2 mattresses in a box spring). 1 bathroom adjoining one of the bedrooms (with bathtub + WC). 1 shower room (with shower + WC).  
  
Outside: Private swimming pool 8 x 4 m (depth up to approximately 2 m) with internal steps. Outdoor shower. Beautiful covered terrace. Uncovered terrace with built barbecue.
