In the same urbanization next to the magnificent pool, there is a kiosk open in high season, to eat or dine your dishes combined. Its proximity to the beach, 100m, and the city center, 2km, give it a privileged location, both in high season, and for winter stays. The center of Dénia is just 2 km from the apartment and right in front of the urbanization, about 100 meters, is one of the most attractive beaches of Denia, the beach Las Marinas. The small center "Las Brisas", right next door, has several restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy and bus stop, so the car can stay at home. The large supermarket (Consum) is around 2,500 metres from the apartment. Dénia and its surroundings offer a great infrastructure and a wide range of possibilities for your leisure time, marina, fish market, beautiful historic quarter, as well as an excellent gastronomic offer, without forgetting its nightlife. The 20 km of beach have possibilities for all tastes, areas to practice different water sports, chiringuitos, sunbathing areas, beautiful coves. Dénia is located in the middle of Valencia and Alicante, the airports of both cities are an hour’s drive away. 2 golf courses are only 10 km and 15 km respectively from the apartment: La Sella Golf and Oliva Nova Golf.
