Excellent for a few of days of golf & relaxation
The hotel is really stunning and the views from the rooms, over the golf course to the sea are lovely. It is great stay for a few days of golf and spa/dining. We had half board and the buffet selection in the evening can be a bit repetitive. We had a strange smell in the bathroom which suggests the pipework might need an upgrade but otherwise the hotel is to be thoroughly recommended. Beds are super-comfy, befitting a 5* hotel. Pools are magnificent but the two best ones are too cold to be used in the winter months.

Great venue and lovely pools.
Stayed here for 4 nights in August 21. Lovely venue, the pools were absolutely brilliant. I have my 8yr old Son with me who loved the pools. We had breakfast on site at the buffet and this again was excellent. We upgraded to a Junior Suite and expected a really nice room but it was quite disappointing. The view was a tree. That’s it! I asked to be moved (I was happy to upgrade even further) but was told that the hotel was full - even though it seemed not to be. Anyway, you’ll need a car to get around anywhere as it’s about 4km from actual Benidorm. Plenty of parking but it’s a few hundred Meters from the hotel entrance so it’s a little tricky to unload and reload your luggage. They do suffer from the ‘reserved sun beds’ like some other places. There are loads and loads of sunbeds but everyone seem to get poolside really early to place their towels on them to reserve them. Almost all beds were reserved and I saw people coming poolside late afternoon when they’d not been there all day. I think this needs addressing by the hotel. Apart from that it’s a nice place. Some of the reception staff were excellent and some, not so. The evening entertainment is in Spanish as is the Kids club. My Son stayed with me all day so that didn’t impact him.

Fabulous but could be even better
Everything was fabulous in the hotel. Staff is friendly and the place is amazing except for small details like the application they use to review the program or order dental kit or other which are not optimal. Not able to check the status of dental kit order or check the status of your restaurant booking. When they are making up the room they don't really clean around, they just change the towels and make the bed but no cleaning. And biggest issue we had with them is that they refuse to refund us a stay we booked in their hotel which happened to be during lockdown.

The property is amazing. The swimming pools are huge and unique. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff.

Really enjoyable half board stay. The buffet selection for both evening meal and breakfast was very good with a wide range of foods. The drinks on the evening were extra however prices were reasonable with a large selection of wine, beers and soft drinks available. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was spread over a large complex with two golf courses, several pools, a gym and spa. There was also free secure parking available.

Business trip stopover
I used hotel as a stopover on a business trip up the coast but room was clean and tidy and reception opened the ironing room at 11pm as no iron in the room. Hotel was quiet and the other guests all seemed to be golfers. Decent breakfast option in the morning and facilities & spa looked decent but was not there long enough to use myself. Outdoor parking free but is 10 euros a day if you use the underground parking.

Our family suite for 4 was located at the back of the complex and was in desperate need of refurbishment. I complained because 1) in bed 2 the tv was missing from the big wooden tv frame hung on the wall 2) the fridge didn't work 3) the air con stank of sewage 4) the upkeep was neglected and shoddy - no lightbulbs in lamps, lump of uneven concrete used to repair granite worktop, holes in cupboards where handles had been replaced, cigarette butts/drink stirrers over the grass outside, to name a few. After complaining I was shown another suite but this alternative also had no tv and had no fridge at all! The staff member seemed shocked and confused by this. This room was in as bad repair so there was no point changing. She gave me a big smile and said "Is there anything else I can help you with?" Erm, you haven't actually helped at all! The stinky air con and the fridge were fixed but everything else stayed the same. If you go here expecting no luxury, and no one will help or assist you in a positive manner, you won't be disappointed. If you have any expectation, like for instance, the beach bar being open between 1pm- 4pm the hottest time of the day, then you will be disappointed - it shuts then. Don't expect anyone to move any sunbeds for you to another area, this is not possible. Don't expect enough towels in room, beach towels to be available all day, drinks to be served at dinner without asking for them 3 times and photography hut to be open when they say.

Beautiful hotel setting. Poor service, only one bar open so it was really busy. Staff were not friendly, really seemed like they hated their job. Reception always busy and it took ages for them to help you. They needed more staff.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, I’ve stayed in a few hotels in my life but never shone with 2 bathrooms. Buffet breakfast had lots of choices with egg chef, detox bar fruits, pastries and loads more. Bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. We also used the spa and had a massage, staff were all lovely. Looking at going again in June

Beautifull architecture. You can only say wow when you first see the setting. But very disappointing outdated rooms. A bad 3* max. Restaurants very average, breakfast buffet mediocre. The italian restaurant had 1 waitress. It took them 30 mins to get other personel once the resto got too full. We could not enter our room at night. It took a technician more than 30 minutes to break open the old lock on the door. Disappointing

Poor Security - Don’t take any valuables
While at the hotel Spa a known guest broke into my locker and stole my Rolex watch. The hotel sub-director was notified and immediately went into a defensive mode advising that their insurance would not cover the theft . From then on we didn’t feel safe. Don’t take any valuables to the hotel.

A lovely hotel built in the style of a small Spanish village with courtyards and fountains. Nice and relaxing and yet close to Benidorm for night life.

Beautiful Mediterranean Village
This hotel doesn't fail to deliver - the pictures don't do it justice to the sheer scale of the complex. It really is a village and it's beautiful in how it's been created. Staff are friendly and very accommodating, room was excellent and everything was extremely well maintained and kept clean. Would thoroughly recommend.

We were on a stag do so new Benidorm hotels were going to be hit and miss. So we stayed outside the town. Fantastic hotel with great surroundings great service and amazing pools. And we were far enough way from the carnage that was the nightlife we chose to go for. If I ever went back with family or on a relaxing break it would be my first choice of hotel if they would have us back

An excellent 3 night stay, great facilities with regard to pools and restaurants. A little disappointed coffee and tea facilities weren't available in our room. Beautiful scenery, very comfortable and clean.

Work trip for a conference - design of resort is quite something..As this was early March not all on site restaurants were open in the evening - restricted choice meant return taxi to Benidorm Zona de Tapas was Euro 23 . Staff were always smiling, helpful and patient despite some infantile, foul mouthed, intrusive behaviour from some members of stag/ golfing party from England.

We had a lovely stay here over the New Year period. The breakfast was lovely, and good that it was open until 11am, so we could have a relaxed morning. The complex was beautiful, and we enjoyed a walk each day. this was a very pleasant stay and I would happily stay here again.
