"It was a great experience staying here. The management was on top of everything and very quick to respond. The room we got had a problem and management changed our room immediately and sent a follow-up email reassuring the problem is getting fixed. Great location. Overall had a great experience."

"Nice hotel with good sized rooms and comfy bed. Electric jug and fridge provided. No mini bar. Bathroom was roomy and had a separate bath. Rooms were quiet. Our view looked into an internal courtyard, which was boring. I'd ask for a river view next time. There was a nice bar, and entertainment on Saturday night. Restaurant was expensive so we ate at the lovely pub down the road."
