This was our seventh trip in a row to the Radisson and over the years we have certainly seen a drop in service regarding check ins. We always head up for a mid winter splash and our two kids (8-9) have grown up from the little wader pool to now been able to swim alone in every pool. The last 3 years have seen a significant drop in the way check ins are run. This year we thought we had it sorted, our friends ( who are also regulares as well) phoned ahead a few days to confirm. Yes Mam, we see you come hear often and everything is sorted. Well we rock up to check in on Saturday 15/8/2015 and is was just rubbish, to the point we called for a senior manager to sort this mess out. we are smart enough now, that we pack togs for the kids in carry bags so they can go and swim while we wait sometimes a few hours. Upon talking to other guest this is happening all to often. If you were stuck with very small kids be ready, This is a very disappointing way to start a holiday, and after 7 years loyal years I don't think I will be returning to a place that dosen' really recognise this.

Have stayed at The Terraces before, and again we were very satisfied. The apartments are spacious, and completely self contained ( if you want to cook )!!! If not you are handy to all the facilities are the Marina, where there are many restaurants and cafes, as well as shopping.
There is a small café there, which serves lovely meals and snacks at a very reasonable price, and the staff, Kerri, Katherine and Mala are SOOOooooo friendly.
A beautiful pool is provided. It is a great place to stay for overnight, a few days and/or longer.
I would not recommend any of the upstairs apartments for anyone who doesn't cope with stairs well. The ground floor apartments are great, either looking out on the golf course/pool or Marina, and they have little areas outside with table and chairs..

This was a great location for those that want to golf and enjoy the sand and sun! They have adults only areas so all those enjoying all the facilities with their children don't impact on those that want to enjoy peace and quiet. Highly recommend this for both couples and families.
We stayed here for a night either side of a holiday in the Yasawas. The Hilton was prefectly good for a short stay, and from a walk along the beach and looking at the nearby hotels, it looked like the best of them.
We ate in both the nuku and asian restaurant and the food was good.
Check in staff were very slow.

Our family stay at the Sheraton Resort was great. Staff were amazing and very friendly. My only complaint was that the pools were too cold. We came from New Zealand wanting to swim in warm waters but got cold pools instead. I am sure it would not cost too much to heat the pools up a bit even if it's just the kids pool. Apart from that, everything else was top notch.
It was one of the best holidays we've been on, pure relaxation
The staff went up and above in looking after us, nothing was ever too much trouble!
It is an old resort but the over all experience was fantastic!
If you are thinking of travelling with young children this is a resort for you to consider, fantastic care and interaction with the little ones!!
Denarau Island is located off the western side of Viti Levu, well-known for its year-round blue skies. The region's ultimate sports complex can be found on Denarau Island. An 18-hole championship golf course and a 10-court tennis center are both housed within the complex itself, and the island abounds with leisure opportunities, including diving and other water activities.
