The livable space is small and there is not adequate storage in the kitchen for the pots and pans and there is no place for purchased groceries. It was quiet and safe. Loved the community. Pool/jacuzzi. Wonderful by the river. Just some very little things that I shared on the feedback paper in the condo that might be helpful. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and dining ware. It would be helpful to let your renters know if possible power outages. We had a short one, no big deal, but the book with all the wonderful detailed info was on the bottom shelf of the cocktail table. You should definitely have that someplace prominent.
