The 1st floor features one bedroom with 2 sets of standard-sized bunk beds, a 1/2- bath, a fully equipped galley-style kitchen including a dishwasher, an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace, and a nice little balcony. The 2nd floor features a primary bedroom with 1 king-sized bed, 1 full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Wi-Fi / NO Pets / NO Smoking / NO Telephone OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES: \*\*Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use.
