While the house itself is not huge, it was very modern and had a great layout with two bedrooms in the main house and another in the guest house. In between was a beautiful outdoor space with a pool, spa, great dinning table and a nice sitting area around an outdoor TV. The huge kitchen was well equipped. Abbe, our host, was very responsive and her property manager stopped by to help us when we had a question about some of the home automation apps. The house was less than a 10 minute walk to Atlantic Avenue with all its shops, bars and restaurants. It was about a 20 minute walk from the beach.
