Nice hotel in the lobby area However rooms are showing age.
Paint peeling furniture showing use and ice makers on your floor don’t work. Definitely needs updating and carpets need replacing.
I was expecting a much nicer,cleaner plusher room for the rate paid.
As a Bonvey member I couldn’t recommend the Westin in Charlotte NC

The unit we had was very clean and I had no complaints. It is definitely a different experience to rent a whole apartment as if I was a new tenant, but it was cool. I was able to access the amenities on the apartment complex and had access to a maintenance team in case something went wrong. The "application" process is a little extra in my opinion but I guess the apartment complexes the Landing companies use certainly have a bit more of a liability requirement since they have tenants and not just all short term guest.
