Disappointed with Lost and Found Service at Hotel Radisson IGI International Airport New Delhi
As a loyal patron of Radisson hotels, I recently had the unfortunate experience of leaving behind some important belongings during my stay at the Hotel Radisson IGI International Airport New Delhi from February 20th to February 22nd, 2024. Room 175 served as my temporary abode during this time, and upon my departure, I inadvertently forgot several crucial items along with a piece of clothing.
Given my trust in Radisson's reputation for exemplary service, I immediately contacted the hotel upon realizing my oversight. However, despite my repeated attempts — three calls in total — to inquire about the misplaced items, I was met with disappointing responses each time. The hotel staff consistently insisted that nothing matching the description of my lost belongings had been found in the room.
This lack of assistance and seeming indifference towards my situation has left me deeply disheartened. The items I left behind hold significant value and importance to me, both sentimentally and practically. As someone who has been a longstanding customer of Radisson, I had expected better care and support in such circumstances.
