We get to the hotel at 4:30am and our room was not ready, then she wanted give us twin beds instead of our requested bed 40 minutes later someone else came and put us in a room that I wouldn’t consider a 5 star. In the morning corridor 2 rooms down they were sanding the walls and another person applying varnish to the door of a room . Aggravated my sinuses and was miserable the entire time I was there, when I went to complain of the odors and smell she said they didn’t have another room but will give refund for the first night. Then at checkout they said we have to go through Expedia. Can you help us..

The hotel prices itself as a 5 star category but does invest in upgrading any infrastructure. The hallway carpets are in pathetic condition. Lobby staff are polite but untrained. Area around the hotel is also substandard. No way price point is justified when stacked ip against other hotel options.

Disappointed with Lost and Found Service at Hotel Radisson IGI International Airport New Delhi As a loyal patron of Radisson hotels, I recently had the unfortunate experience of leaving behind some important belongings during my stay at the Hotel Radisson IGI International Airport New Delhi from February 20th to February 22nd, 2024. Room 175 served as my temporary abode during this time, and upon my departure, I inadvertently forgot several crucial items along with a piece of clothing. Given my trust in Radisson's reputation for exemplary service, I immediately contacted the hotel upon realizing my oversight. However, despite my repeated attempts — three calls in total — to inquire about the misplaced items, I was met with disappointing responses each time. The hotel staff consistently insisted that nothing matching the description of my lost belongings had been found in the room. This lack of assistance and seeming indifference towards my situation has left me deeply disheartened. The items I left behind hold significant value and importance to me, both sentimentally and practically. As someone who has been a longstanding customer of Radisson, I had expected better care and support in such circumstances. It pains me to express suspicion, but I cannot shake the feeling that there may be a discrepancy between the reality of what was left behind and the information provided by the hotel staff. This experience has cast a shadow of doubt on the integrity and reliabilit

We reached hotel in late night for check in but for some reason saying electricity they send us to different hotel. It was so late already so we had hard time

Very nice hotel. 4.5 stars. The heating system is on cool, so call ahead if you want your room above 66F. There is a very fine Chinese restaurant in addition to hotel multi-national menu restaurant.

I would like to thank you for the staff for making my stay enjoyable . Especially, my wife has lost her wallet in the lobby which we thought will never get but thanks to honest staff who made it possible . This is a nice hotel to stay . Definitely recommend !
