Did not get the room I had paid for as per my booking confirmation. Had to change room 3 times. Had booked a roll out bed, instead a filthy stained ripped mattress was provided this had to be changed 3 times. Staff refused to provide tea and coffee said it was too much work. Hotel booking confirmation states it has a restaurant but had to have breakfast in our room, there was a very limited choice and the portions were very small. Two bath towels provided between 3 people and no hand towels. Very poor Wi-Fi connection. People smoked in the hotel in corridors outside our bedroom. The hotel lacked in cleanliness very poor standard. Room service staff knocked on our door and walked straight in; without being asked to come in, they did this 4 times. I have stayed in many hotels in Karol Baag they have all been very pleasant experiences. This hotel was a real disappointment, very bad publicity of Delhi Hotels.
