Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Staff was rude during check in, shower in the room was clogged and needed maintenance to come fix it. TV was not working and also required maintenance to fix it. AC was set a 19 degrees without option to change it, the only option was to turn it off when it was freezing. Rooms are very small and lack usual toiletries. We stayed 2 nights but regretted our booking there. Not a 4 star hotel. Barely a 3 stars in my opinion.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Royal Plaza. The location is hard to beat, and the breakfast was amazing. The property is little dated and the rooms were on the smaller side. Overall a great hotel.
